Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $80.
- Orders under $80 are charged a flat $5.
Shipping times
Our devices ship from our fulfilment partner's overseas facility. Estimated delivery after processing: 5-10 business days to the United States.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays and peak seasons can extend them.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost paid at checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@faskskincare.com immediately - we can usually correct it before dispatch.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, or your order is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us at support@faskskincare.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
